InnGage, innQuest’s upcoming users conference, runs from October 9-11 at the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa in Clearwater, Florida.
At InnGage, you will have the opportunity to share your roomMaster knowledge and in turn, learn from fellow users. Our team of experts will be on hand to provide comprehensive learning, host breakout sessions, and go one on one with our clients in the Technology Center.
This invitation only event will provide our clients with plenty of value and have you leave with a better understanding of what you’re capable of doing using roomMaster and other innQuest solutions. You’ll have a chance to learn all about our new features, tools & integrations. As an exclusive for InnGage attendees, you’ll also get a first look at roomMaster, version 18.

The new format, plus the one-on-one learning available in the technology center offers a truly unique educational experience for our clients.”
Registration for our InnGage conference includes a sure to be spectacular sunset welcome reception, two full days of general and breakout conference sessions, as well as complimentary breakfast and lunch on conference days. Finally, you’ll be treated to a disco themed celebration dinner on October 10.

Wednesday, October 9:
Guests can sign in on the 2nd floor mezzanine from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on October 9. That evening, a sunset welcome reception sponsored by Shift4 Payments will be held at the Hyatt’s Sky Terrace on the 16th floor.
Thursday, October 10:
Should you be unable to sign in on the 9th, late registration will be available the following morning, as well as a continental breakfast to start your day off right.
Following a conference kickoff from 8:30 to 9:00 AM, you’ll get the chance to learn about roomMaster’s newest features from 9:00 to 10:45.
A Rate Management session will follow from 11:00 to noon, where a complimentary lunch will be sponsored by TTI Technologies. Our Technology Center will also be open from 11:00 to 5:00pm, where you can go one on one with a roomMaster expert.
The afternoon will consist of multiple breakout sessions, ranging from topics like hotel CRM, to winning the OTA battle.
After a long day of learning, you’ll deserve a little treat, which is why we’re proud to be hosting a Disco Inferno Celebration Dinner that evening! (sponsored by Cendyn)

Friday, October 11

Following breakfast, your Friday morning will include two breakout sessions. There you’ll learn about Lodging Merchant Processing with Shift4, Hotel Tech Talk with TTI and much more! The Technology Center will also be open from 9:30 to 2:30pm.
Your afternoon will commence with a lunch sponsored by Hospitality Handyman. Finally, we’ll wrap up an exciting few days with an InnQuest 2.0 conference and a general conference session, featuring a Q&A with a panel of innQuest representatives and experts.
