Corporate Reporting Module (iQ-CRM)
Make informed business decisions using the Corporate Reporting Module business intelligence software application. The Corporate Reporting Module is a centralized data warehouse which combines all financial, marketing, forecasting and statistical data from each individual property.
Use the Corporate Reporting Module to retrieve, analyze and report on combined property information for your accounting, marketing and executive teams on the corporate level.
- Reporting – Create custom reports using the built-in Interactive SQL tools or the popular Crystal Reports report writing tool.
- Budgeting/performance – Set budget and performance goals on the property level enabling comparison reporting to actual performance with the included Flash Report.
- Dayend Close Information – Audit results are transferred nightly after the audit, so audit reports can be reprinted at the corporate office, and consolidated reports can be printed by region, chain, or property type.
- Centralized Travel Agent Commissions – Commissions for all properties can be paid electronically through an interface to the Pegasus Commission Processing service.
- Accounting Interface – General journal information from each property can be exported directly into corporate accounting packages, such as MAS90 and Solomon.

Easily add the additional room type with a separate rate structure and when the reservation is delivered to roomMaster, the multiple bookings are made automatically.
